  • Dr. Sabha Raj Arya is listed in the world’s top 2% of most influential scientists from all areas in the "citation impact during the year 2021" published by researchers from Stanford University of USA and Elsevier of the Netherlands.
  • Talada Appala Naidu, Sabha Raj Arya, Rakesh Maurya and Ahmed Al-Durra received best paper award for presenting paper on "Control of Supply Voltage Power Quality Issues using DVR through Forward-Backward LMS" in Proc. 2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Future Electric Transportation, GRIET, Hyderabad, August 4-6, 2022, pp. 1-8.

  • Dr. Mahmadasraf A. Mulla, appointed as Chapter Vice-Chair (Educational Activity) - IEEE Gujarat Section Sensors Chapter, SEN39 (CH10790) for 2022.
  • Dr. Sushnigdha G. received Best Presenter Award for presenting a paper titled "Spacecraft Reentry Trajectory Optimization using Search Space Reduction Technique" at the 7th IFAC Advances in Control & Optimization of Dynamical Systems conference (ACODS 2022), held on 23rd to 25th February, organized by NIT Silchar jointly with IIT Guwahati.
  • Dr. Suresh Lakhimsetty acted as Technical Session Chair for the track Power Electronics and Electrical Transportation Systems at IEEE Second International Conference on Power, Control and Computing Technologies (ICPC2T- 2022), organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, NIT Raipur, INDIA, held from 1st – 3rd March 2022.

  • Dr. S. N. Sharma is a recipient of the 2018 INSA-SASA deputation, Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts bilateral Faculty Exchange Program award.
