ACM Fair

Students of SVNIT are interested in and have been making cool apps/models in their 4 year academic career. Keeping that spirit in mind, ACM this year has come up with "ACM Fair" a platform for all the brilliant minds to showcase their talents.
We are inviting students from all fields to submit their projects for the fair. The submissions could include software applications/papers/working physical models/ideas relating to any field of engineering.
Students are requested to submit just one project per head.

List of recent events

There have been a total of 3 events from the start of the new semester (mid January). Here is a brief information about them:

1. TechIQ 2.0-
Seeing the success of the first TechIQ held in the previous semester, the ACM committee held the version 2 with new rounds and interesting trivia. The participation was as large as the previous version, but audience was more lively this time and also had a better techIQ this time.

2. Android Workshop-

ICPC Amritapuri Asia Regionals onsite round results

There were 3 teams form SVNIT which got selected to the onsite finals of ACM ICPC Amritapuri Asia regionals.
The results of these 3 teams are:

Team Code_Busters:33rd
Team Zion:46th

ACM ICPC Amritapuri online round resutls

The results of the ICPC online round for Amritapuri have arrived:
19 teams participted from our college. Here are a few ranks.

CodeBusters - 79th
Zion - 122nd
Eulerians - 152nd
TechnoGeeks - 224th

Quest 2011: It's here!

Quest the annual festival of the college committee is here!
The dates for the festival are 7-9 October.

This year we are going a step forward with Quest. Gone are the days when you just coded a problem and got points and win the event.This time, you don't only solve the problem yourself but also, you can challenge other team to find bugs and test their code.
